858Vintage is an independent reseller of authentic vintage designer eyewear and estate fine jewelry, operated from La Jolla, San Diego, California. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of the brands represented in the archive.

You agree to use 858vintage.com only for lawful, personal browsing and purchasing. Don't scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the site. Imagery, copy, and brand notes are the intellectual property of 858Vintage or their rightful owners.

Every piece in the archive is one-of-one vintage stock. Prices, condition notes, and availability are correct to the best of our knowledge at time of publication and may change without notice. Once a piece sells, the listing closes for good.

Submitting a reservation or checkout does not transfer title. Your order is accepted once we manually confirm the piece is available and your payment (Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo) has cleared. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will issue a full refund to the same channel.

Vintage and estate pieces are sold as-is, in original condition. Minor age-related wear is part of the character of these objects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 858Vintage disclaims implied warranties beyond what is stated in writing on the relevant listing and policy pages.

858Vintage's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the piece. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
