Returns & Refunds
Every piece in the 858Vintage archive is rare, one-of-one, and sold as-is. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which a return or refund is offered.
All sales final, with one exception
Because every piece is unique vintage / estate stock, all sales are final once delivered — except in the case of a verified authenticity or material misrepresentation issue, which is covered by our Authenticity Guarantee.
Pre-shipment cancellation
You may cancel a paid order any time before we hand the package to the carrier. We will issue a full refund to the same payment channel, typically within 2 business days.
Authenticity / material misrepresentation
If, within 3 days of delivery, an independent specialist confirms a piece is inauthentic or materially misrepresented vs. its listing (wrong era, undisclosed damage that materially affects wearability, etc.), email us within that window. We arrange a fully insured prepaid return and refund the full purchase price once the piece is received and inspected in unworn, original condition.
What is not covered
Buyer's remorse, fit / styling preference, normal vintage age character disclosed on the listing (light surface wear, faint hairlines, minor patina, original lens scratches), and damage that occurs after delivery are not covered. International customs duties paid by the buyer are non-refundable.
How to start a return
From the Contact page, reference your order number and reason. We respond within 1 business day with next steps. Pieces must be returned in the original case and packaging, fully insured.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment channel within 3 business days. Bank or wallet processing times may add 1–5 days.
